Daniel C. Mullan. Chairman
Mr. Mullan received his bachelor's degree in economics from College of the Holy Cross in 1962. He spent 18 years in various management positions with Ford Motor Company and affiliates of Ford. In 1980, Mr. Mullan formed D.C. Mullan & Co. to raise and invest in venture capital projects, most of which were related to retail automobile dealerships, real estate and oil and natural gas exploration and development activities. Mr. Mullan has been an active investor in and wholesaler of oil and natural gas drilling projects since the early 1970's. From 1982 to 1984, Mr. Mullan acted as a wholesaler for drilling programs managed by U.S. Energy Development Corporation for whom he helped raise over $2,000,000. From 1985 to 1991, Mr. Mullan acted as wholesaler for drilling programs managed by Everflow Eastern, Inc., a company in which Mr. Mullan was also a shareholder. In his capacity as a wholesaler, Mr. Mullan assisted in raising approximately $25,000,000 for Everflow drilling programs. In 1994 Mr. Mullan organized the first Bradford Drilling Associates drilling program. In 1998, Mr. Mullan formed Bradford Exploration, Inc., which manages 7 of the Bradford Drilling Associates drilling programs and other oil and gas related limited partnerships. In 2006, Mr. Mullan formed Bradford Energy, LLC which manages 8 Bradford Drilling Associates drilling programs and other oil and gas related limited partnerships. In 2010, Mr. Mullan, through his wholly owned corporation, D. C. Mullan and Co., Inc. and John C. Farmelo formed Bradford Energy Capital, LLC, which manages 6 Bradford Drilling Associates drilling programs in addition to the Partnership. In total, Bradford programs have raised over $270,000,000 from investors and acquired working interests in more than 2,000 oil and natural gas wells as well as interests in natural gas processing plants, natural gas pipelines, royalty interests and mineral right interests.

Katherine E. Hourihan. Controller
Ms. Hourihan received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from the State University of New York at Albany in 1979. She passed the CPA exam in New York State in 1981, became certified in Texas in 1982 and certified in New York in 1985. Ms. Hourihan also received a graduate tax certificate from SUNY at Buffalo in 1995. From 1979 to 1981, Ms. Hourihan worked as a staff accountant at Hens & Kelly, Inc, in Buffalo, New York. From 1982 to 1984 she was a staff accountant in the tax department of the accounting firm, Jack Sisk &Co in Houston, Texas. From 1984 to 2006 she was employed at the public accounting firm, Lumsden & McCormick, LLP in Buffalo, New York, where she began as a staff accountant in the tax department and eventually became a tax manager specializing in oil and gas taxation. In 2006, Ms. Hourihan joined Bradford Exploration, Inc.

Jon Gardner. Legal counsel
Mr. Gardner is a partner in Kavinoky Cook LLP, Buffalo, New York. He has over 31 years of experience in the areas of business, corporate and securities law. Mr. Gardner is a member of the Board of Directors of the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York, where he serves as Chairman of its Audit Committee. He also is an adjunct professor at the State University of New York School of Law at Buffalo where he teaches courses in business and securities law. Mr. Gardner received a BA with honors from Brown University in 1981 and a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School in 1984. He is on the boards of several not-for-profit organizations in Buffalo including the Buffalo Urban League.
